Return/Refund Policy

Welles Tincture Press

The Welles Tincture Press is drop-shipped directly from a third-party supplier. Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in original condition.
  
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Use your own shipping method, or
  • Request a prepaid label from the supplier (cost will be deducted from your refund). See shipping instructions below.
    
    
• A restocking fee will apply, determined by the supplier upon inspection of the returned item.
  
  
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and evaluated by the supplier. Once approved, the refund will be sent to Herb Nerd, and we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  
  
• Please allow 2–4 weeks for the full refund process.

Return Instructions:

Include your name and order number (6-7 digit number, if you do not have this number please email hello@herbnerd.com) with the returned item, and ship to:
